He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bill Wells and LaVerne Wells (VanMeter); his daughter Tamara; his sister Sherlyn; his great grandchildren, Kain, Lucus and Hope; his daughter Sally Smith (Fred) of Whiteland, IN; his grandchildren, Megan Skidmore, Malachi, Kainan, Kaylie and Connor Smith; his great grandchildren, Kenzie, Alex Ota, Kade, Scarlett and Naomi Smith; his brother Marlin Wells (June) of Somerville, IN; and his pet Buddy.
