He was predeceased by: his parents, Donnie Memmer and Elaine Memmer (Beasley); and his siblings, Donna Young (Memmer) and Norman Memmer. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Memmer (Julia) of Buckskin, Wayne Memmer (Julie) of Oakland City, David Memmer (Alechia) of Oakland City and Lisa Fischer (Stephen) of Evansville; his nephews, Jakoh, Ryan, Chris, Josiah and Justin; and his niece Erica.
