He was predeceased by: his parents, Amel Walter and Bettie Bailey (Givens); his brothers, Lawrence and DeWayne Bailey; and his nephew Jeff Bailey.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Bailey; his children, Kim Nalley (Dave) and Barry Bailey; his grandchildren, Cody, Brook, Jessica, Jeremy Nalley and Hallie Bailey; his great grandchild Axel Nalley; and his nephew Chris Bailey.

Memorial contributions may be made to the New Liberty Cemetery or Spurgeon Cemetery.
