She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleves Symmes and Eliza Symmes (Davis); her husband Philip Bruce Lockhart; and her siblings, Mary Bridgman and John Symmes.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Lockhart Welday (David) of Oviedo, FL and Bruce Lockhart (Carol) of Indianapolis, IN; her grandsons, David (Jeanna), Darren (Sarah) and Jason Welday (Lindsay); and her great grandchildren, Philip, Peyton, Breelan, Millison, Mila, Bennett and Noah.
Memorial donations may be made, in her name, to a charity of the donor's choice.
