He was predeceased by: his father Robert M Regan; his daughter Shannon Jean; and his brothers, Mike Regan and Pat Regan. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Lucke; his grandson John Brendan Regan; his children, Shawn Parker (Brett) and Brendan Regan (Shelley); his son-in-law Laurence Weithers; his grandchildren, Nicholas Parker (Claire), Shannon Claire Parker, Kevin Weithers (Mary Kate), Daniel Weithers, Brian Weithers and Christopher Parker; and his siblings, Fay Regan, Molly Regan (Conrad Osborne) and Tom Regan (Deb). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
