She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Gluesenkamp and Louise Gluesenkamp; her sister Matilda; her brother-in-law Owen Schumacher; and her niece Owenita Grubert.
She is survived by: her husband Allan L. Widerquist of Notre Dame, Indiana; her children, Kristine L., Tim Widerquist (Hiromi Ose) of South Bend and Karl Widerquist (Elizabeth Smith) of New Orleans, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Nicholas W. Bosler (Marissa) of Palatine, Anna Bosler Santeiu (John IV) of Farmington Hills, Thomas A. Bosler Widerquist (Marilla Opra) of Saline, Eric J. Bosler (Alexis) of Cassopolis, Grayson E. Hagenbuch of Cassopolis and Aki Ose Widerquist of Seattle, Washington; and her great grandchildren, Sophia Betty Bosler and John Nicholas Santeiu V. She is also survived by one nephew, four great nieces, and one great nephew.
