We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2022, at the age of 96, Jean I. Gates of Notre Dame, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In concern for everyone's health, the church asks that everyone in attendance would wear a mask.
