It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James J. Lakofka C. S. C. of Notre Dame, Indiana, who passed away on November 11, 2020, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Lakofka and Rose Lakofka (Zeleski); his siblings, Carol, Robert and George; and also, Anthony and Rose Lakofka.
