He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chalik and Virginia Chalik (Conrad). He is survived by: his children, William S. Jr. Trent (Paula), Owen, Logan Chalik of La Porte, IN, Carrie A. Alyssa (Roger), Kylee Crandall of Battle Creek, MI, Andrew Travis (Heidi) and Victoria Chalik of La Porte; and his siblings, John P. Chalik III (Susan Chamberlain) of Piedmont, CA and JoAnn Haverstock of La Porte.
