It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Lillian Chepell in Northwest, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Cyboran and Anna Cyboran; her husband William Chepell; and her siblings, Marilyn Koziol (Julius), Julia Majkut (Mitchell), Jeanne Sherman (Henry), Joseph Cyboran, John Cyboran, Anthony Cyboran (Ruth), Helen Panek (Chester) and Vincent Cyboran.
She is survived by: her son Bill Chepell (Liz); her grandchildren, Grace, William and Thomas; her sister Ursula Kucharski; and her sisters-in-law, Marie and Phyllis Cyboran. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
