He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Kenneth Cavanaugh; his stepfather Ronald Ballard; his mother Sharon Ballard (Greene); his daughters, Renae Micchia (Mike) and Amanda Cavanaugh; his grandchildren, Blake, Kaydin, Alina, Enzo and Talia; his siblings, Susan Rahm (Peter), Kathryn Schultz, Jacquelyn Stephens (Douglas) and David Jenkins (Susan); and his stepparents, Bill and RuthAnn Jenkins. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as cousins.
