We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2021, at the age of 73, Margaret Caprous in Northwest, Indiana, born in South Bend, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Chwalek and Virginia Chwalek (Krzyzaniak); her son Anthony V. Caprous; her stepmother Julie Chwalek; and her siblings, Kathy Fritz, Mike Chwalek, Jackie Jacobs and Barbara Zagrzejewski.

She is survived by: her daughter Andrea Brophy (Brian) of Porter; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Arenas (Sergio) of Chesterton; her siblings, Kathleen Petersen of South Bend and George Zagrzejewski (Helen) of Granger; and her grandchildren, Zachary Vale Caprous, Hannah Aubrey Caprous and Nora Jean Brophy. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews & friends.
