He is survived by: his spouse Vanasa White; his daughter Mollie Hawkins (Ryan) of Watkinsville, GA; his grandchildren, Brady and Carter; his brother Tom Otto (Bonnie) of Lafayette; his siblings-in-law, Hirian Wiltfong, Harlan Wiltfong (Nancy), Darla Schroeder (Tom) and Pamela Schmalfeldt (Larry); and his nieces, Jennifer Lahr (Warren) of Lafayette, Jenny Gidcomb of Fayetteville, TN and Tara Lemus (Tony) of New Palestine, IN..
