He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Evans. He is survived by: his wife Kelli Evans (Lord); his children, Hunter, Stacie, Jessika (Connor) and Tracie; and his brothers, Danny and Tim (Michelle). He is also survived by his family and friends.
