It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Thomas Koslow (Northwest, Indiana), who passed away on April 5, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughters, Amy and Megan; his parents, Stephen Kozlowski and Bernice Kozlowski; his brother Timothy Kozlowski; his siblings-in-law, Richard Ward, Ned Murday and Lori Kozlowski; and his nephew Michael Kozlowski.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Erik Koslow (Nancy) of West Chester, OH, Ryan Gregory Koslow of Chicago, IL, Kelly Erin Koslow of Sawyer, MI, Brett Gregory Koslow of Crown Point, IN and Rebecca Marie Koslow of Crown Point, IN.; his granddaughters, Amelia and Chiara; his siblings, Kathy Ward, Dennis Kozlowski (Gail), Celeste Murday (Michael Chirich), Gerry Kozlowski, Geoff Kozlowski and Sandy Bishop (Joe); his sister-in-law Rae Kozlowski (Jolink); his nieces and nephews, Jamie, Mark, Korinne, Ryan, Derrick, Dana, Nick, Gina, Michele, Geoffrey, Justin, Jake and Jenna; and his cousin Gloria Kozlowski of St. Stanislaus Parish. He is also survived by his 5 children, 2 granddaughters, family and friends.
