He was predeceased by: his parents, Guiseppe Monti and Julia Monti (Piccioni); his son John Monti; his sisters, Rita Chillemi, Vera Miller, Julie Smith and Gert Matz; and his great grandchild Jessica Kozlowski.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Murphy (Terry) of Portage, IN, Mary Schultz (Henry) of Portage, IN and Joseph Monti (Nola) of Portage, IN; and his sister Mary Kunisky (Tommy) of Harrisburg, PA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
