He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Monroe Whitmire and Mary Jennie Anderson Whitmire; and his brother Wilbur Harvey Whitmire (late Dorothy Helen Miner). He is survived by: his wife Eileen Whitmire; his children, Ruth Ann Whitmire Fowler (Ron Douglas), Mark Thomas Whitmire (Karen Lynn Losch), Eric Karl Whitmire, Christopher Michael Whitmire (Diana Lynn Kelley), Curt Everett Whitmire (Amanda Lea Briggs) and Grant Kenward Razee (Rebekkah Edith Brewer); his grandchildren, Matthew Conrad Winn, Cody Mark Whitmire, Alex Allen Whitmire (Jennie Marie Martens), Samantha Caitlyn Whitmire Evans (Ashley Brooke Evans), Isabella Josephine Whitmire, Devin Michael Winkler (Jovanna Guevara), Alysa Rae Winkler, Avery Lucia Whitmire, Maxwell Benton Whitmire, Dylan Bradley Razee, Danielle Leann Razee, Jason Michael Razee, Savannah Griffin, Preston Griffin and Liam Griffin; his great grandchildren, Jack Thomas Whitmire, Liam Allen Whitmire, Xavier Aguilera, Xander Devin Winkler, Josie Marie DiFatta-Razee, Logan Michael Reese and Charlotte Jane Reese; and his friends, Janet Kinsman (late Owen), Roselyn, John Pottala, Bette Jeanne and Roger Bennett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
