She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Smith and Gretta Cormin (Ritchie); and her son Dustin Burkett. She is survived by: her husband David L. Burkett of Ora; her sons, David K. Burkett of Monterey, Dennis Burkett of Ora and Daniel Burkett of Ora; her grandchildren, Kyle Burkett, Lucas Burkett, Devin Burkett and Alic Burkett; and her siblings, Wise Smith, Priscilla Smith and Nettie Manns.
