He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon V. Davis and Viola P. Davis (Strieby); his wife Patricia Davis (Stiver); his son Harold Davis; and his siblings, Bessie Bowling, Rowena Warble, Shelby Bloss, Evelyn Geaugh, Norman Davis, Leroy Davis and Robert Davis.
He is survived by: his sons, Nelson E. Moreland (Michelle) and Timothy S. Moreland (Angie); and his siblings, Ruby Jeffries of Goshen, Linda Holland of Goshen and Nelson Davis of Goshen. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
