She was predeceased by: her mother Connie Hartley (Cline); her brother Gregory Wayne Hartley; and her stepsiblings, Michael, Jeff Anderson and Cindy Roser.
She is survived by: her father James Hartley; her daughters, Chelsey Elizabeth Lambert and Alisha Ann Lambert (Kristopher Fruitt); her close friend Fred McKee; her brother James "Russ" (Nikki); her stepbrother Mark Anderson (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Kayden Marcum, Taelynn Lambert, Grady Fruitt and Elley Fruitt.
