With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rose Newcomer of North Webster, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on December 8, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Renea Skaggs (Jonathan) of North Webster, April Bowling of Albion and Tonya VanDusen (Nathan) of Syracuse; her stepchildren, Ryan Newcomer and Teisha Juday; her grandchildren, Jonathan (Brittany), Tyler (Liz), Cody, Collen, Abby, Lucas, Logan, Jordan, Kaitlyn, Lola and Lila; and her great grandchildren, Layla, Evie, Emmy and Rhylynn. She is also survived by one brother and three sisters.
