He was predeceased by: his parent Rhinehart Charles. He is survived by: his wife Deb Bartels of North Webster; his children, Tiffany Pinkerton (Eric) of Syracuse, Dawn Coy (Russell) of Syracuse and Paul Bartels Jr. (Shannon) of North Webster; his mother Gloria Ferguson (Buchner) of South Bend; and his siblings, Roxanne Lesjaxck (John) of Menominee, MI, Joann Keenan (Dennis) of South Bend, Malinda Voet (Keven) of Norway, MI and Richard Bartles (Cathy) of Marinette, WI. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren.
