He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Unruh and Ethel Unruh (Watkins); his children, Diana Long (Larry) of Warsaw, IN and Stephen Unruh (Pamela) of Milford; his wife Violet Unruh (Grubbs); his grandchildren, Brian Long of Indianapolis, IN, Amanda Jackson (Eric) of Milford, IN, Ben Long (Danielle) of Kendallville, IN, Joshua Unruh (Chelsea) of Vernon, VT and Andrew Long (Cali) of Larwill, IN.; his great grandchildren, Kaitlynn Jackson, Emma Jackson, Kaylee Unruh, Hannah Long, Jada Unruh, Madison Jackson, Taylor Long, Hunter Long, Bria Unruh and Greyson Long; his sisters, Mildred Cronkhite and Evelyn Long Sechrist; and his son Dale Edward Unruh.
Preferred memorials may be given to Kindred Hospice or the Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County.
