He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louis Kuilema and Jacqueline Kuilema; his siblings, Jacque, Peter and Dan; his wife Jane Kuilema (Waltz); his daughter LeeAnn; and his granddaughters, Danie and Liz.
