He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Freel and Rosemary Freel (Huston); his brothers, Jim Freel (Joan) and Ron Freel; and his sister-in-law Sue Freel.
He is survived by: his wife Debi Freel of North Webster; his children, John Freel (Glenda) of Milford and Staci Wylie (Wade) of Kent City, MI; his grandchildren, Tarra Freel, Chase Freel, Dylan Wylie and Evan Wylie; his siblings, Carl Freel, Tom Freel (Judy), Jodi Freel and Pat Bowers (Doyle); and his sister-in-law Judy Freel.
