She was predeceased by: her parents, Beryl Narvell and Geneva Narvell Thoben (Brooks); her siblings, Patty Burris and Thomas "Tommy" Narvell; and her grandson Matthew Allen Tingley.
She is survived by: her husband James E. Barrett; her daughters, Diana Craig of Leesburg and Patsy Hamilton of Leesburg; her granddaughter Christina Hall (Loren Dalyrymple) of Etna Green; and her great grandchildren, Grayson and Carter Hall.
