She was predeceased by: her cousin Kianna Dickinson; her grandmother Rebecca Day; and her great-grandparents, Jerry, Faith Jacobs, Josirah Combest, Charles Dickinson, Richard Ayers and Jack Sullivan.
She is survived by: her parents, Bobby Jacobs and Lesley Jacobs; her brother Chance Jacobs of North Vernon; her grandparents, Brad of North Vernon, Sandy Jacobs of North Vernon, David of North Vernon and Linda Dickinson of North Vernon; her great-grandparents, Joann Dickinson of North Vernon and Pauline Combest of Westport; her uncles, Brandon Jacobs (Cassie Wagers) of North Vernon and Alanna Dickinson of North Vernon; and her aunt Tobie.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the First Christian Church in Columbus.
