He was predeceased by: his parents, William McIntosh Jr. and Marilyn McIntosh (Stearns); and his brother Phillip McIntosh. He is survived by: his siblings, Herschel McIntosh (Sherri) of Franklin, Robert McIntosh (Melissa) of Commiskey, Shirley Hill (Dave) of Commiskey, Mary Nall (Mark) of North Vernon and Cathy Bondowski of Commiskey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
