He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Ivan Mahan of Terre Haute, Tyler Lee Mahan of New York and Jeffrey David Mahan of Brownstown; his stepsons, Dallas Addison Rinker of Bloomington and David Allen Rinker (Kim) of North Vernon; his brothers, William Edward Mahan of Arizona and Thomas Lee Mahan (Edna) of Dubuque, Iowa; and his granddaughters, Opal Dieters of Colorado and Brittany Walters (Justin) of North Vernon. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
