She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Ashby and Sylvia Ashby (Goins); her husband Delbert Vincent; her son John Lester Vincent; and her siblings, Larry, Donald, Raymond Ashby, Bonnie McClure, Sylvia Prives, America Woodfill, Maria Sue Burchfield, Joyce Ashby, Jessie Ashby and Annabelle Gaylord.
She is survived by: her children, Anna Lee Thornton (Daniel) of Lake City, FL, Delberta Brooks of Butlerville, Ginger Purdue (Dennis) of North Vernon, Delbert Vincent (Dolores) of Hayden and James Vincent (Rhonda) of San Jacinto; and her siblings, Benjamin of Madison, Richard of Madison, James Ashby of Madison and Betty Walters of Madison. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 60 great grandchildren; 26 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sawyer - Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service (115 S State St, North Vernon, IN 47265). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at the Rush Branch Cemetery (50 S County Rd 600 E, Butlerville, IN 47223).
