He is survived by: his wife Jackie Poer; his children, Randy Poer of North Vernon and Deborah Karl (Rick) of Mill Spring; his siblings, Gene Poer (Mary) of North Vernon and Frances Graper (Don) of North Vernon; his grandchildren, Doug Yeary (Taylor) of North Vernon, Laura Pate (Brant Hunley) of North Vernon, Kaitlin Yeary of North Vernon, Richard Karl of Geneva, Zach Karl of Spartanburg, Paul Sanders of Lafayette and Sylvia Poer (William Waltz) of Austin; and his great grandchildren, Callela Waltz of Austin and Halina Waltz of Austin.
