She is survived by: her parents, Jon Herche (Della) of Elizabethtown and Rella Couch Herche of North Vernon; her husband Matthew Hook; her children, Coby Arnholt of North Vernon, Skylar Herche of North Vernon, Avereigh Tyler of North Vernon and Rosabella Arnholt of North Vernon; her siblings, Christopher Herche (Samantha) of Scottsburg, Levi Ritchie (Sami) of Columbus, Alvalee Ritchie (Racheal) of Columbus, Brittany Keener (Derek) of North Vernon and Jessica Riveva of Greensburg; and her grandparents, Dru and Bill Perkins.
Memorials may be made in honor of Tori through the funeral home to the North Vernon Elementary School Sports Program.
