She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Otto and Georgia Ester Simmons (Sorel); and her sisters, Jean Owens, Dorothy Corya, Anita Ashpaugh, Joy Owens, Betty Ruth Simmons and Vada Arsdale.
She is survived by: her son Randy Boardman (Janet) of North Vernon; her grandchildren, Tina Gresham (Bryan) of Hayden, Robert Boardman (Sara) of Scipio and Sara Kovacich (Aaron) of North Vernon; her great grandchildren, Lainey Gresham of Hayden, Amilia Gresham of Hayden, Halle Boardman of Scipio, Kylee Boardman of Scipio, Aida Kovacich of North Vernon, Sylvia Kovacich of North Vernon and Brennan Kovacich of North Vernon; and her niece Karen Sue Mitchner (Rusty) of North Vernon. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
