He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lenz; his children, Tommy Ray McIntosh of North Vernon, Timothy Scott McIntosh of Vernon and Katherine McIntosh (Billy Stewart) of North Vernon; his siblings, Eddie McIntosh (Linda) of Austin, Jessie McIntosh (Patty) of Austin, Robert McIntosh of North Vernon, Anna Sue Dunham (Larry) of North Vernon and Cleo Norris of Destin, Florida; and his grandchildren, Kristie West (James) of Scottsburg, Misty Dickerson (Ryan Meek) of North Vernon, Sandra McIntosh (Cory Mullikin) of North Vernon, Sara McIntosh of North Vernon, Davin McIntosh of North Vernon, Alicia Rodriquez of North Vernon, D. J. Rodriquez of North Vernon and Rae Lynn Henthorne (Tyler) of Seymour.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Lord of Life Lutheran (3300 N. State Highway 3 North, Vernon, Indiana 47265). A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at the Vernon Cemetery (315 S Pike St, Vernon, IN 47282).
Memorials may be made in honor of Tommy through the funeral home to the Lord of Life Lutheran Church.
