It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Tarter of North Vernon, Indiana, born in Scottsburg, Indiana, who passed away on July 1, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Tarter and Beverly Davis (Surber); and his sister Theresa Oakley. He is survived by: his siblings, Angela Fugate of North Vernon, IN, Mona Smith (Ernie) of Dupont, IN, David Tarter and Rick Abbott.
