He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Paige Shouse Sr. and Phyllis Ann Shouse Owens (Campfield); his parents-in-law, Nancy and Sonny Ballard; and his brother-in-law Harry.
He is survived by: his wife Lee Ann Shouse (Ballard); his daughters, Jessica Shouse of North Vernon, Morgan Kiser of Brownstown, Addi Alexander and Kelly Anderson; his aunts, Millie Wilson (Buck), Thelma Selig and Kay Bays; his siblings-in-law, Linda Montgomery (William) of North Vernon and Vince Estes (Marilynn) of Deputy; and his cousins, Chad Wilson (Kate) of Lancaster, Chris Wilson (Mallory) of North Vernon and Sherilyn Locke (Michael) of North Vernon. He is also survived by several other cousins, nieces, and nephews that held a special place in his heart; and three stepsisters.
