She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Earl Nay and Nancy Swick Nay; her brother Paul Nay; her mother-in-law Rosemary Hooker; and her grandparents, Earl, Della Nay, Harold and Ann Swick.
She is survived by: her husband Rob Hooker; her sons, Nathan Hooker (Rachel) of Richmond and Nevan Hooker; her grandchildren, Kaleb and Kiersten Hooker of Richmond; her brother Steve Nay (Julie) of Seymour; her sister-in-law Rachel Nay of Seymour; her father-in-law Bob Hooker of Seymour; her sister-in-law Kathy Simmons (Roger) of Brookfield, Connecticut; her aunt Becky Hammond (Dean) of Wilmore; and her uncles, Dave Swick (Gloria) of Waterloo and Tom Swick (Lynn) of Marquette. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
