He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Ann Bailey (Stratford) and Robert Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Bailey of North Vernon; his children, Stephanie Applegate (Randy "Bear") of North Vernon, Deidre Marling of Seymour, Sarah Sorg (Eddy) of Vallonia, Matt Wayt (Ashley) of Terre Haute and Paul Wayt (Chrissy) of Clinton; his siblings, Rick Bailey (Dorothy) of North Vernon and Sharleen Warren of North Vernon; and his grandchildren, Mikayla, Ethan, Lydia, Lance, Zoe, Hannah, Hunter, Danica, Jaden, Elana, Lola, Bryleigh, Abigail, Charlotte, Cody (Amanda), Courtney (Levi), Adam, Ashlyn and Raylan. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
