He is survived by: his wife Deanna Gayle; his daughters, Amanda Kindred of Whiteland and Tammy Simmons (Eric) of Milton, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Johanna of Milton, Kentucky and Steven Simmons of Milton, Kentucky; his brother Steve Kindred (Jenny) of Greenwood; his nieces and nephews, Chris Kindred, Cheryl Doss, Martinsville and Margie Kindred of Winter Haven, Florida; his parents-in-law, Dee and Lora Gayle of Commiskey; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond Gayle, Melissa Johnson of Monroe City, Colleen Black of Palmyra and Liz Heilman of Commiskey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.
