She is survived by: her children, Kevin Proctor of North Vernon, Jerry Proctor (Paula) of Port St and Jolene Proctor of North Vernon; her siblings, Clarence Edward Blanton (Jennifer) of Westport, Kenneth Eugene Blanton (Carolyn) of Westport, Myrtle Mae Pittman of Greensburg, Dianna Fae Blanton of Greensburg, Elsie Goins (Harold) of Bluefield and Barbara Pokorzinski of Washington State; her grandchildren, Michael Proctor of Florida, Kendrick Proctor of Florida, Angel Proctor of Florida, Chrishanna Proctor of North Vernon, Tori McQueen of North Vernon, Casey McQueen of North Vernon, Walker Proctor of North Vernon and Jolene Stepp (Christopher) of Seymour; and her great grandchildren, Adrieaunna Norman of North Vernon, Phoenix McQueen of North Vernon, Gracelynn Mellencamp of Seymour, Matthew Mellencamp of Seymour, Abigail Proctor of Florida and Bradley Huff of Dupont.
