She was predeceased by: her parents, Kinnon Frazier and Nancy Hazel Frazier (Pendleton); and her brothers, Ron and Kenny Frazier. She is survived by: her son Dock D. Fields (Kimberly) of Scipio; her sister Joyce Bannister (Steve) of Scipio; her grandchildren, Michael Allen Fields of Seymour, Katelyn Michelle of Seymour, Timothy Haney Sr. of Seymour and Jason Lock (Kaitlyn) of Columbus; her great grandchildren, Octavia Haney of Seymour, Timmy Haney Jr. of Seymour, David Fields of Seymour, Makinna Fields of Seymour and Jaxton Lock of Columbus; her nephews, Brian Bannister (Christina) of Hayden and Michael Bannister (Brenda) of Scipio; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Savannah Bannister of Scipio, Bradley Bannister of Scipio, Jacob Bannister of Hayden, Logan Bannister of Hayden and Landon Bannister of Hayden; and her close friend Bill "Outlaw" Conaway of Madison.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home (420 S State St, North Vernon, IN 47265). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at the Oak Grove Cemetery N. County.
Memorials may be made in honor of Shirley through the funeral home to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
