Kostek, Shelby M. Kostek and Jessica A. Kostek; his stepdaughters, Rebecca Murphy (Michael) and Sarah Thomas (Chad); his siblings, William Kostek and Susan Walker; his grandchildren, Jesse Thomas, Jaxxon Thomas, Sidnee Thomas, Macie Faye Mullikin, Eleanor May Bustle and Carson Roberts; and also Jeff Engle.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials may be made through the funeral home to the Wounded Warrior Project for Jennings County.
