She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Carrico and Lula Carrico; her spouse Francis "Jerry" Leake; her grandson Zachary Gregory; and her siblings, Mac, Tom, Louis, Bobby Carrico and Anna Jean Hargrave.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Paswater (Russell) of North Vernon, Sandra Gregory (Bruce) of Liberty, Shari Leake (John) of North Vernon and Dr. Gary Leake (Ronda) of Burlington, KY; her grandchildren, Travis Leake, Shanyn Leake, Dr. Eric Davis, Dr. Adam Davis, Cindel Ritter and Jacob Gregory; and her brother James Carrico (Linda) of Louisville, KY.. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19, a private Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted for immediate family only, at St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the Zachary H. Gregory Emerging Leadership Award at IU Medical School.
