He was predeceased by: his parents, James Campbell and Mildred Campbell; and his brothers, Roger and Roy Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Schyleen; his children, Joshua Campbell (Destiny McCullough) of North Vernon and Shantell Ruddick (Spencer) of Hayden, Indiana.; his grandsons, Tristyn Rhylee Campbell, Jace Dragan Lee Campbell and Kashton Dale Ruddick; his siblings, Rick Campbell (Debbie) of Hayden, Randy Campbell of Austin and Rhonda Smith (Danny) of Austin, Indiana; and his pet Cali. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
