He was predeceased by: his brother Jami Cumberworth; and his grandparents, Francis Clarkson, Merlin Cumberworth and Rowena Cumberworth. He is survived by: his parents, Roger Cumberworth Sr. of Butlerville and Neysa Cumberworth of North Vernon; his grandmother Virginia Clarkson of North Vernon; and his siblings, Stacey Harsh of Edinburgh, Casey Harsh (Tammy) of Columbus, Troy Harsh (Kattie) of Sarasota, Florida, Kaleigh Ludeman (Brandon) of North Vernon and Samantha Mull of North Vernon. He is also survived by four nieces; and four nephews.
