He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Madden and Alma V. Madden (Easter); and his brother Charles Madden. He is survived by: his wife Patty Jane Ault; his sons, Todd Madden (Julie) of North Vernon and James Madden (Teresa Riley) of North Vernon; and his sisters, Laura Belle Smith (Jack) of Celina and Loretta Fuller of Rensselaer, Indiana. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
