He is survived by: his father Elmer Ray Frazier (Elma Louise) of Elkton, Virginia; his daughters, Allison Vanarsdale (Bryan) of Bloomington and Kerri Frazier (Michael Beben) of Hinton Virginia; his close friend Ruth Waller of North Vernon; his granddaughter Jeanne Vanarsdale of Bloomington; and his brother Scott Frazier (Barbara) of Elkton, Virginia..
