He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Cywinski Sr. and Lona Cywinski (Preston). He is survived by: his daughter Kathryn Staples (John) of Butlerville, Indiana; and his sister Debbie Masden (John) of Shepherdsville, Kentucky. He is also survived by two nephews; and one niece.
