He is survived by: his wife Tammy Miles; his children, Rodney Wilhoit (Toni) of Madison, John Wilhoit (Sarah) of Lexington, Kentucky and Jamie Wilhoit of Lexington, Kentucky; his siblings, Randy Wilhoit of Florence, Rod Wilhoit of Versailles and Gayle Leahigh of Versailles; and his grandchildren, Kylie, Mason, Colin and Noah Wilhoit.
