He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Hibbs and Myrle Vanderford Hibbs; and his siblings, Wilbur Hibbs, Roger Hibbs, Patricia Walls, Karen Cardinal and Doris Piper.
He is survived by: his children, Ronnie G. Hibbs of North Vernon, Richard C. Hibbs (Stacie) of Seymour, Linda McBride (Robert) of Seymour and Sharen Hibbs of Madison; his siblings, Joe Hibbs (Linda) of Hope and Sondra Slattery of Hope; and his grandson Michael Gene Williams.
